The interns use truth serum to get the campers to reveal their fears. The campers expect a fear challenge but they are actually going to scare the interns! A new camper arrives and reavels she was once tormented by another camper. One person wins it for their team while one team just argues. Someone is shockingly voted out in a tie breaker by someone they believed was their friend.
